Yes, all products are weatherproof. The camera module withstands temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable, allowing you to easily remove and store it indoors on extreme weather days. We’ll notify you via an in-app notification if the camera approaches these limits so you can store it indoors for safe-keeping.
We offer a 90-day return policy. To return your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of receiving it. Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery and applies to all Bird Buddy feeders and their respective add-ons, completely free of charge. I love the pictures of my birdy visitors. It’s fun to share the photos with friends and family and I’ve been able to identify species I hadn’t noticed before. My daughter connects remotely and it’s fun to have her comment on our birds. The solar charger and blue tooth camera work flawlessly.

I have had an excellent experience with BirdBuddy. Our original camera was defective, and then was replaced without an problems, have been enjoying all the upgrades. My only suggestion would be to work on an improving the AI system. it is about 40% incorrect and is stumped if there is more than one bird in the photo.
