Bird Buddy Shipping & Order Status​

Dear Bird Buddies,

Due to the current complexities involving the production schedules operating in batches and various modes of rush transportation (sea, airfreight, etc), note that we are currently unable to provide individual order status tracking before the order is shipped from our warehouse. You will therefore receive all tracking information via email after the order is dispatched.

Bird Buddy units and accessories are being fulfilled daily, however we might temporarily run out of stock for specific items. The projected dates provided below indicate when the very last shipment of each item is expected to be shipped from our warehouses. In short: this is the latest that each item will be dispatched from our fulfillment center to your home. We’ve also added a few days’ buffer to these dates.

Note that this is when the items will leave the warehouse; it will take a few more days for them to reach you. We are operating on a first-ordered-first-shipped principle, so your items may well arrive sooner than these dates.
