CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EU USERS OF THE APPLICATION

I allow the company Bird Buddy Inc., 229 E. Michigan Ave., Ste. 330 Kalamazoo, Michigan 49007 (“personal data controller”) to processes my personal information for the purposes defined below:

Please indicate whether you agree to the processing of your personal data for the stated purpose:

1. My username, for the purpose of creating an account in the Application.
2. My email address for the purpose of creating an account, logging in and restoring password in the Application.
3. My (hidden) password, for the purpose of login to the Application.
4. My Bird Buddy Feeder’s approximate location for the purpose of AI recognition
5. Publish photos with my username in the Application.

The data controller guarantees that your personal data will be processed only for the purposes with which you expressly agree. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, and consent can be revoked at any time in the same way as you gave it. If you do not provide personal data or if you revoke the consent, the controller cannot fulfill the purpose for which this data is collected. In addition, you have the right to access the data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), the right to limit processing, the right to object and the right to data portability.

Your personal data may be transmitted outside EU.

The data is stored until your cancellation or as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data is collected and after the expiration of the deadline are deleted, destroyed, blocked or anonymized.
