Reporting a security issue (Vulnerability Disclosure Policy)

If you think you have found a security vulnerability in a Birdbuddy product or service, we want to hear about it. You do not need an account or any prior arrangement to report one, and reporting is always free.

Please email us at privacy@mybirdbuddy.com. It helps if you can include a description of the issue, the product or app version affected, and the steps to reproduce it.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge that we have received your report within 5 working days.
• We will keep you updated on our progress at least every 30 days, until the issue is resolved or closed.
• We will let you know when the issue has been resolved.

We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix an issue before sharing it publicly, and that you do not access or change data that is not your own while testing.
