Security updates and support period

We keep Birdbuddy products protected with security updates for a set period of time. This is how long, and until when, you can expect those updates for each product.

• Birdbuddy Home receives security updates for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase or until at least 31 December 2027, whichever is later.
• Birdbuddy Pro receives security updates for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase or until at least 31 December 2027, whichever is later.
• Birdbuddy Hummingbird Feeder receives security updates for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase or until at least 31 December 2027, whichever is later.
• Birdbuddy Nook receives security updates for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase or until at least 31 December 2027, whichever is later.
• Birdbuddy Nook Solar receives security updates for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase or until at least 31 December 2027, whichever is later.

Updates are delivered automatically to your device over the internet, so there is nothing you need to do to receive them. We recommend keeping your device connected and your Birdbuddy app up to date so updates can install.

Once a product's support period ends, we can no longer guarantee security updates for it. It will keep working, but we would encourage you to keep your app and account details current.
